HomeMatch Code™ provides educational readiness information. It is not a lender, credit-repair organization, real-estate broker, attorney, financial adviser, appraisal service, or approval authority. Results are not a loan decision, offer, guarantee, or promise that financing or a property will be available.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, protect your sign-in links, use the service lawfully, and independently verify financial, property, ownership, title, contract, and legal information before acting.
Paid access
Current Snapshot includes one completed report that remains available to the customer account. Lifetime Access permits additional reports while the service remains operated. A Current Snapshot customer may apply the stated purchase credit toward the advertised lifetime upgrade.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass payment controls, interfere with the service, access another customer’s information, submit malicious content, reverse engineer protected systems, resell access, or use reports to misrepresent approval or professional advice.
No guaranteed outcome
Scores, personas, paths, and action plans depend on customer-provided inputs and simplified educational calculations. Market conditions, lender rules, seller decisions, property facts, and applicable law may produce different outcomes.
Availability and limitation
The service may be updated, interrupted, corrected, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable HomeMatch Code™ access. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
